Your data, in plain language
What we collect
Your 18 answers, the scores calculated from them, your experiment plan, check-in, and any reflections you choose to write. Each is tied to a random participant ID, not your name.
What we don't need
No account, email, or phone number is required to see your results. A profile is optional and only used to sign in.
Who can see your results
Only you. Other participants never see your answers or results. Facilitators see group-level summaries only, and nothing is shown for groups smaller than 10 people. If you switch on “Share with facilitators,” the facilitator may follow up with you about your own results, and you can switch it off anytime.
Reminders are separate
If you opt into reminders, your email or phone is stored apart from your answers and is used only for the day-7 and day-30 reminders. It is never used for marketing.
Group reporting
Facilitators may report de-identified group averages and anonymous exports. Changes over time are described as what participants reported, not proof that the workshop caused them.
Your written reflections stay private
Reflections are saved alongside their assessment phase and timestamp without changing earlier submissions. Written responses are never included in facilitator or administrator reports. Optional research participation shares only learning themes you select, with separate explicit consent. Theme counts use distinct participants and hide groups smaller than 10. You can withdraw all theme consent from your results page. No traits or diagnoses are assigned from your writing.
How long we keep it
Workshop data is kept for up to 12 months after the final retake (December 5, 2026), then deleted. You can delete yours sooner below.
What scores mean
These are self-reported behavior indicators about the past seven days, not a validated psychological measure. They don't diagnose anything or describe your character, intelligence, or future success.
